• Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Packaging & Fragile Items

We take extreme care in packaging your items:

Tote/Gift Bags & Textiles ** sealed in protective moisture-proof wrap to prevent dust or weather damage during transit.

Antiques & Collectibles** cushioned with generous shock-absorbing materials to ensure delicate vintage items arrive safely.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

• **Damaged Items: **Inspect your packaging immediately upon arrival.  In the rare event that an antique or handbag arrives damaged, please contact us within time {24 hours} of delivery at {thimbleandtreasures26@gmail.com}**with photos of the damaged item and original packaging so we can file an insurance claim and assist you.
• **Lost or Stolen Packages: **We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer or items stolen post-delivery.  If your tracking indicates" delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with household members/neighbors and contact the local carrier branch.
